Conditions for returning goods

1. RETURN OF GOODS
1.1. A return guarantee applies to all products purchased in the online store www.aštrus.lt. The following terms apply to the return of goods purchased in the online store:
1.1.1. 14 calendar days. During this period, you can return unused goods that did not meet your expectations or were not eligible. When goods are returned within 14 days, they must meet the following conditions:
1.1.1.1. The item must be undamaged, without signs of use or sharpening, and must have retained its commercial appearance;
1.1.1.2. It is necessary to provide a document proving the purchase – the order confirmation.
1.1.2. A 6 (six) month return period applies if you have purchased a defective product. This period is determined by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania:
1.1.2.1. You must contact the www.aštrus.lt store. It is necessary to provide the product and the purchase-proving document – the order confirmation.
1.1.2.2. Specify the reasons for the return. The claim is processed within 10 business days.

2. METHODS OF RETURN:
2.1. Via OMNIVA parcel machine, terms are to be agreed in writing with www.aštrus.lt.

3. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY:
3.1. If the product was mechanically damaged. 3.2. If the product was used improperly.
3.3. If the product was not properly maintained (cleaning, drying, lubricating, impregnation).
3.4. For finishing details – laces, hangers.

4. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. An additional sheet informs about the processing of personal data and the rights of the customer. The customer’s consent/signature on both documents is required when filling out the return form.
